Please note: Insurance participation is expanding as credentialing continues. If you have questions about your insurance coverage or appointment type, please contact the office before scheduling and we'll be happy to assist you. 

Scheduling information:

• Please allow 2-3 business days for us to verify your insurance benefits before your appointment. If insurance verification cannot be completed before your scheduled appointment, we may contact you to reschedule.  
• Tuesdays: In-person and virtual appointments are available.    
• Wednesdays and Thursdays: Virtual appointments are available.    
• Friday: Virtual follow-up appointments for established patients. 

New patients: Please complete all required intake forms before your appointment to help ensure a smooth visit. 

Patients transferring care to Sisu: Please complete all new patient registration and intake forms before your first Sisu appointment. 

Telehealth: Patients must be located in Virginia, Maryland or New York at the time of their telehealth appointment, depending on where services are being provided.
